CANCELLATIONS
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled services. This fee is due before your appointment can be rescheduled. If you fail to call to reschedule or show up for your first appointment with us, we reserve the right to discontinue booking services with you in the future.
LATE ARRIVAL
In an effort to keep everyone's schedule moving somewhat according to plan, we do enforce a 15 minute tardy policy. If you will be over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we respectfully require you to reschedule.
re-do's and refunds
It's important that you love your hair! If you are in need of an adjustment, notify us within seven days of your appointment and we will be happy to make any minor adjustments that align with our original consultation. If requests are made to adjust your service more than one week removed from your original service, we are more than happy to make any changes needed, however, the adjustment service will be scheduled and charged as a new appointment.
For a color example, a client receives a partial lightening service and the toner is too warm when she sees it in her bathroom lighting, this client may come in and have her toner adjusted within seven days. If this client decides she would like more highlights underneath her hair as well, she will pay for the additional lightening service, but not for the adjusted toner.
kids + fur babies
We strive to provide a space for calm and rejuvenation to take place. However, we understand that our clients sometimes have children in tow. For those clients who bring children into the salon, we ask that you ensure your children are able to sit quietly or amuse themselves. Because of the presence of hot tools and sharp objects, for the children's own safety, they may not play with or touch any of the professional tools.
As much as we love pets, State Board of Cosmetology does not allow animals in the salon. So, unless your furry friend is a registered service dog, please leave your animals at home.
